Wellspring Integrative Psychiatry provides comprehensive psychiatric care services including medication management, psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning and care coordination, telepsychiatry, reproductive psychiatry, surgical clearance, and child and adolescent psychiatry for patients in Minnesota and North Dakota.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and clinical appropriateness. Wellspring Integrative Psychiatry reserves the right to refuse service for any reason permitted by law, including safety concerns or circumstances outside the scope of our clinical practice.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Any cost estimates provided are non-binding unless confirmed in writing. Final costs may vary based on the scope of services, insurance coverage, clinical requirements, or other unforeseen factors. Patients are encouraged to verify their insurance coverage prior to their first appointment.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. All payment arrangements are handled outside of this website directly with our practice. Payment is due in accordance with the terms communicated at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

Patients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments on time and providing accurate information during the intake and scheduling process. For telepsychiatry appointments, patients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private, appropriate environment for their visit. Wellspring Integrative Psychiatry reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments as necessary.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS communications from Wellspring Integrative Psychiatry, you agree to the following terms:
