Insurance and Self-Pay Options
At Wellspring Integrative Psychiatry, we are committed to making psychiatric care as accessible as possible. We accept major Minnesota commercial insurance plans as well as self-pay for patients who prefer to pay directly for their care.
Insurance
We accept major Minnesota commercial insurance plans. Insurance appointments are booked through Headway, which lists the plans we accept. Choose Book with Insurance on our Book Appointment page, or contact us to verify your plan before your first appointment.
Self-Pay
Self-pay rates are available for patients who do not have insurance or prefer to pay out of pocket. Our current self-pay rates are listed on our fee schedule. Please contact us directly with any questions.
No Surprises Act and Good Faith Estimate
In compliance with the No Surprises Act, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before your first visit. This estimate is provided to help you understand the anticipated cost of your care before any services are rendered. If you have questions about your Good Faith Estimate, please contact us directly.
Laboratory Testing
As part of a comprehensive approach to care, laboratory testing is often incorporated to help identify possible biological contributors to mental health symptoms. Laboratory fees are billed separately through the laboratory, and insurance coverage may vary. We will inform you in advance if laboratory testing is recommended as part of your care plan.
