Self-Pay Fees
Initial Appointment: $375
Follow-Up Appointment: $215
Extended Follow-Up: $300
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We reserve appointment times specifically for each patient. Appointments cancelled the same day or not attended as scheduled will be subject to a cancellation fee, which must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.
As a one-time courtesy, this fee may be waived for the first occurrence.
