Fee Schedule
The following fees apply to self-pay patients. If you have insurance, your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific plan and benefits. Contact us directly with any questions about fees or coverage.
Self-Pay Fees
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (initial appointment): $299
Follow-Up Appointment: $150
Extended Follow-Up: $215
No-Show: $150
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We reserve appointment times specifically for each patient. Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and there is no fee. Appointments missed without notice are charged a $150 no-show fee.
We understand life happens, and we are flexible when something comes up. Please reach out as early as you can so we can offer the time to another patient.
